Our AED Training is designed to take the fear out of using this life-saving device when every second matters. Many people worry they'll "do it wrong." We show you, step by step, how modern AEDs actually guide you through the process-and give you plenty of practice until it feels natural.
During the AED Skills Practice Session, you'll work with training devices that look and sound like the real thing. You'll learn how to turn the AED on quickly, place the pads correctly, follow voice prompts, and coordinate with CPR for the strongest chance of survival.
We use clear demonstrations, simple language, and realistic skits so you can picture yourself responding confidently in a hallway, classroom, office, church, or community space. By the end, you'll know how to stay focused, delegate tasks, and work alongside 911 responders.
AED Training can be booked on its own or added to your CPR or First Aid course for a full life-saving skills package. We offer mobile group sessions throughout San Diego County and virtual education components where appropriate.
